Return policy

Riwayet will happily accept your return if:

• The item received is not what you ordered
• The plastic seal is intact (not broken)
• The return request is submitted within 3 days of arrival (1 day for food items)
• The item is received in damaged packaging
• The item has any kind of defect, stained or incomplete (not applicable for food items)
• The item is unused

Majoon e Power is a non returnable/refundable product

In case of a refund, the handling and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount

These policies apply for local and international orders

The customer must firstly send the item/product to the Riwayet Warehouse, the amount will be refunded within 3-5 days through EasyPaisa, PayPal or Bank Account

The customer must contact us through Email or WhatsApp along with details of the defect and picture proof before sending it back to complete the refund

Mystery Boxes are non-refundable/non-returnable
